-How to Brew a Perfect Cup of Chai for Two-
- In a milk pan, take 1 cup of cold fresh water and bring water to a boil.
- Add 2 heaping teaspoons of chai.
- Simmer the mixture for 2 minutes and add 1 cup of milk.
- Bring the mixture to boil again and simmer for about 1 minute.
- Add sugar or honey and strain the mixture with tea strainer.
- Enjoy your warm chai by the fire!
